Oh dear, what a pity !  thanks for the alert !
I thought that I had seen 'previous' on your webpage but no! it
clearly now says WinXP and above ,,, hmmm, I must have confused yours
with another site ( or am going blind or crosseyed in my old age !!)

Not to worry, Michael and Jacob have sorted me out and I have also
found  PortableGimp which looks good. ( perhaps it was that one that I
got crosseyed with lol! )

What a shame that Microsoft have trapped WinGimp into the upgrade
m'larky :(
