Re: Manipulating Text

I open my background image as the base layer then I create a new 
layer for my text.  There is no "pick" tool where I can just grab 
anything (I wish I could remember how I did it the one time it worked 
with the old version).  I enter text and then I want to move it but I 
have no way of doing that.  None of the select tools seem to work.
