I haven't bothered to download any newer versions of GIMP because I
don't think they will run right. And thats a pity because I like the
looks of that foreground select tool that was added to 2.4

Maybe I should get the newest version anyway. If it doesn't run right
I can just get rid of it and stick with 2.2
