Pending removal of components from Windows install package

At this time I am contemplating slimming-down the GraphicsMagick 
Windows installer.  I am thinking about removing these three 
components:

   * PerlMagick for ActiveState Perl

   * IMDisplay image display program

   * ImageMagickObject, ATL-7 based DLL

There is no plan to remove these from the GraphicsMagick source base 
and so it is possible for anyone with access to Microsoft Visual 
Studio to build them if need be.

I have never received any question or complaint regarding PerlMagick 
for ActiveState Perl so I am assuming that no one besides myself ever 
installed or used it.  It is useful in order to run the PerlMagick 
test suite.  At the moment I am not observing any network connectivity 
to the Active State web site so I can't download ActiveState Perl. 
ActiveState Perl is pre-compiled semi-proprietary binaries and thus 
not fully free software.

The IMDisplay image display program is somewhat useful since it can 
display any file type supported by GraphicsMagick, but it is very 
crude and has barely been improved since the project started.  This 
program is dependent on a proprietary binary toolkit (MFC) from 
Microsoft.  There is a way to use the 'gm' program to display any file 
via Windows own file viewer.

The ImageMagickObject DLL is useful in that it is able to execute 
GraphicsMagick utility commands without spawning an external program. 
This code has not been supported as well as it should be and there is 
no test suite for it to assure that it is fully working.  This DLL is 
dependent on a proprietary binary toolkit (ATL7) from Microsoft.

Please send an email to myself ([email protected]) if you 
expect to suffer if any of these components are removed from the 
binary package.  Please explain how you will suffer in the email.
