GraphicsMagick 1.3.32 and change in behavior

For the GraphicsMagick 1.3.32 release, support for reading argument 
text from a file using '@' syntax was removed for the -comment, -draw, 
and -label options.  Printf-style substititions are also disabled for 
-draw so this example from the documentation does not work as 
documented.

   -draw 'text 100,100 "%m:%f %wx%h"'

These changes may impact some users so I plan to restore this lost 
functionality in the utility command line in a future release.
