GraphicsMagick 1.0.1 is now available. This release includes only
very minor changes from GraphicsMagick 1.0:

  o New logo image.
  o Fix for compilation under MinGW.
  o Defines HasX11 in magick_config.h so the installed xwindow.h may
    be used.
  o Bugfix to MSL (conjure) gravity handling.
  o Removed some defunct documentation.
