GraphicsMagick 1.0.3 release soon

There are now enough bug fixes incorporated in the 1.0 release branch
that a GraphicsMagick 1.0.3 should be released.  GraphicsMagick 1.0.3
will be API, ABI, and feature identical to GraphicsMagick 1.0.  Please
let us know if you are aware of any important bug fixes which have not
yet been incorporated in the 1.0 release branch.

The development GraphicsMagick 1.1 contains many more bug fixes, new
features, and feature improvements.  Only defects (wrong result, etc.)
are fixed in the 1.0 release branch.
