GraphicsMagick 1.1.8 release pending

GraphicsMagick 1.1.8 is close to being released.  This release is a 
maintenance release which primarily resolves bugs and improves 
security.  The release will be API and ABI compatible with previous 
1.1.X releases so existing applications can use the new shared library 
(or DLL) without requiring recompilation.

If you are aware of any serious bugs or issues which require fixing 
prior to the 1.1.8 release, please make them known via the bug tracker 
at "http://sourceforge.net/projects/graphicsmagick/".

The latest ChangeLog for the GraphicsMagick 1.1 branch may be viewed 
at "http://www.graphicsmagick.org/1.1/www/Changelog.html".
