GraphicsMagick 1.2.7 Available

I popped out a 1.2.7 source release to support those who require 
continuing support for the 1.2 release branch.  This release fixes 
some issues which were discovered while working on later versions of 
the code.  There will be no Windows binaries for this release since 
users are encouraged to use a 1.3.X release.

The following are the changes since the 1.2.6 release:

Security Fixes:

   * None.

Bug fixes:

   * VID: Eliminate memory leak.

   * montage: Eliminate use of freed memory.

   * delegates.mgk: Fix hang when co-process is invoked.

   * identify: Return comment text of any size.

   * ConvolveImage: Correctly log the convolution kernel used.

Feature improvements:

   * Convert: Re-implement -write so that it works in a useful fashion.

Performance improvments:

   * TIFF: Ping mode ('identify') is now really fast.
