Corrupted image

Is there any way to open and scale corrupted image such as:
http://nabuchodonozor.ds.pg.gda.pl/~sammael/corrupted.gif
(of course I realize, that scaled image will be somehow distorted)
This image can be opened in almost every image viewer, but GraphicsMagick
fails with description "Corrupted image".

Thanks for any hints.
