Segmentation faults are likely your fault.  However, it is wise to 
invoke InitializeMagick(NULL) at the start of your program.

Right.  ImageInfo is primarily used to pass settings for when the 
image is not available yet.  There is some documentation on the 
various types to be found at 
"http://www.graphicsmagick.org/api/types.html".  And of course the 
documentation for ResizeImage may be found at 
"http://www.graphicsmagick.org/api/resize.html#resizeimage".
