I see it on my machine:

% gm convert -list format | grep WPG
      WPG*  r--  Word Perfect Graphics

No external libraries are required for WPG.  The author of the WPG
coder tells me that the coder is currently bare-bones in that it only
returns the raster images from WPG.  Apparently WPG supports vector
capabilities similar to WMF or PICT so only simple raster-based WPGs
will be read correctly.
