Sorry it was confusing. Originally each picture was around 6 Mo. I used to mogrify them -quality 7 (more or less, depending on the letters' size/lighting) before, when I didn't know I could "convert -quality x" directly. So, I won't reduce quality again... I have to zoom with the Kindle, so I do see every imperfection. The ebook, if nothing is added, will be 230 Mo, which is still readable, even if big.
