AIX GM1.2 libltdlc.la

Hello Gurus,

I'm trying to install/link GraphicsMagick on AIX 5.3.0.0.
As I read at the README, there were some linking bugs in prior versions of
GM, which should be solved in version 1.2.

So I downloaded GM1.2 and installed Compiler "IBM XL C/C++ Enterprise
Edition V8.0 for AIX".  (I'm also tried older versions of GM but got
different errors).
I started the configuration with some options, but  when linking it runs
always into the error below.
The configuration options I tried are:
--prefix MyPath  --enable-libtool-verbose  --disable-shared
--disable-ltdl-install

When Linking, it stops always here:

make  install-am
make: Cannot find a rule to create target ./ltdl/libltdlc.la from
dependencies.
Stop.
make: The error code from the last command is 2.
Stop.

Any ideas?
