Discrepencies between IM and GM

Hi,

I was attempting to update to Rolf's latest TclMagick commits, which
appear to be compiled against IM, because there are some problems...

AreaResource, IndexChannel, LABColorspace, ReplaceCompositeOp don't
seem to have made it from IM to GM.  AreaResource and IndexChannel are
mentioned in magick_wand.c.  ReplaceCompositeOp is mentioned in the
types.html under www/api.
