Fixed in CVS:

TM_END_OF_TABLE:
- Okay I put an error checking at the end of switch(),
   so it should be okay now.

newDrawingObj not referenced:
- Added an #if 0 with a comment

TM_AFFINE not used in drawObjCmd
- IMO it is used, could you please check whether this is a
   consecutive fault ???
