Sorry for failing to respond.  Instructions for building a
distribution may be found in the file
"VisualMagick\installer\README.txt".  The only failing of the README
is that it should specifiy that the "extended" version of the Inno
Setup installer (supporting macro pre-processing) is required.  It
sounds like you must already be using this version.

The key step to generating the missing PerlMagick/Graphics-Magick.ppd
is to execute 'nmake release' release after PerlMagick is built.

Note that there may be some issue with building ImageMagickObject due
to a file (input to Windows message compiler) not being found.  The
missing file is actually available (in the 'magick' subdirectory), but
the build script uses the wrong path.  I forget how I worked around
this.  Probably I copied a file by hand.
