I have made DLL based Windows install packages for 1.1Beta3 available for anonymous FTP. In the process of building the Windows packages and running various tests, I notice that there are some broken things. The static "uninstalled" build is showing some weird problems that don't show up in the DLL build. That is why there are no static install package available yet. These are the outstanding bugs that I am aware of: o Under Windows (static build only), 'convert -list delegate' prints infinite blank lines after displaying a correct list. o Under Windows (static build only), type-ghostscript.mgk fails to load. o Under Windows (static build only), MAGICK_DEBUG, -debug, and editing log.mgk seem to have no effect at all. o Under Windows, Magick++ exceptions do not have the exception ID codes translated correctly. The reason is the apparent failure of FormatMessage() in locale.c. o SegmentImage is producing black images in some cases. I could really use some volunteers to help with resolving these bugs, and with finding any others that remain in the Beta package.
