I am glad that this is finally clarified.  To once again make things
perfectly clear, GraphicsMagick will not use ImageMagick utility names
by default.  Installation of ImageMagick utility names is a
compile-time configuration option which is intended to be enabled by
an end user *if* they have a need for these names, and ImageMagick is
not already available.  This option should *not* be enabled for any
binary distribution.
