GM 1.1.2

If all goes as expected, I will release GraphicsMagick 1.1.2 by the 
end of this weekend. Some existing updates in the development version 
need to be merged into the 1.1 release branch.

If TclMagick needs any last-minute updates on the 1.1 branch, please 
make them soon.
