65500x65500 RGB JPEG

GraphicsMagick can now claim that it has written a 65500x65500 RGB 
JPEG.  This is the maximum size that the JPEG format supports.

Apparently libjpeg is not memory efficient (entire image is buffered 
before writing anything) so it required 21 GB of heap memory (32 GB 
total process virtual memory size) to accomplish this task.

This same feat was accomplished for the PNG format several days ago. 
Writing the PNG format was much more memory efficient.
