I don't see any reason why GM shouldn't handle this file just fine. Please do gm identify -debug exception,coder 'ni melting.tiff' and see what is reported. We need to find out why GM is refusing to load the file at all. I should mention that the silly "no delegates" error is also applied when the decoder returns a null image (maybe due to an error return without an associated exception) and GM does not know what else to report. It is an error message of last resort.
