I have been experimenting with Photoshop. If the TIFF image is marked
with associated alpha, then Photoshop shows it with transparency, but
without indicating an extra channel. If the TIFF image is marked with
unassociated alpha, then Photoshop includes an extra channel called
"Alpha 1" and does not show the image with transparency. I am not
enough of a Photoshop expert to know how to use an "Alpha 1" channel
to create an image that Photoshop considers to be transparent.

Unfortunately, simply marking the alpha channel output by
GraphicsMagick as being associated alpha does not due the trick since
it is not associated alpha so the image is not rendered correctly.
