The -profile option is completely broken in the 1.2 development sources. I was suspecting that the brokenness was due to my metadata changes, but since logging (-debug transform) shows nothing at all (and shows several steps with 1.1.X), I now suspect something is wrong with the command line parser. As some of you may recall, there is special handling for -profile in the command line parser because it accepts a wildcard argument which needs to be protected from command-line expansion.
