Thanks for the heads up.  However, the SPEC file has already been 
patched in CVS (from another contributor) to deal with this problem.

Due to the stupidity of SourceForge's file download interface, it 
seems that I may need to release 1.2.6 prior to 1.3.1 (or at least 
upload in the order) in order for the newer version to be the default 
download.
