GM 1.3.6 soon

Before long I plan to roll out a GraphicsMagick 1.3.6 based on the CVS 
HEAD ("1.4") sources.  Please express any concerns you may have about 
the HEAD/shapshot version in case I have time to correct them prior to 
release.
