I couldnt confirm that on Linux: When used ./config --disable-installed,
all the paths were absolute. Here an extract from magick_config.h:

'--disable-installed'"
...
/* Directory where executables are installed. */
#define MagickBinPath "/usr/local/bin/"

.

However, I was expecting to have something like
#define MagickLibConfigPath "./config/"
?!?
