Is it expected to have some Compile/Preprocessor switches to build with the
delivered libxml on Windows?
One I had to use was /wd4996 (deprecated POSIX methods). I dont know if
because of the libxml sources are from 2009.
I couldnt find a cmake or something similar, determining which .c files are
needed by GM. Tried to include use, had to exclude several. This could be a
possible CMakeLists.txt in the libxml folder.
cmake_minimum_required (VERSION 3.14)
file(GLOB LIBXML2_SRCS "*.c")
list(FILTER LIBXML2_SRCS EXCLUDE REGEX "nano(ftp|http)\\.c")
list(FILTER LIBXML2_SRCS EXCLUDE REGEX "run.*\\.c")
list(FILTER LIBXML2_SRCS EXCLUDE REGEX "test.*\\.c")
list(FILTER LIBXML2_SRCS EXCLUDE REGEX "xmlcatalog\\.c")
set(LIBXML2_SRCS ${LIBXML2_SRCS} PARENT_SCOPE)
Btw I also tried the integration with libxml2 and vcpkg. It is not flawless
yet. Probably due to a bug of not delivering/downloading directly the
win32config.h, which is included in svg.c.
