How did you deduce about the libwebmux? Is libwebpmux always needed?
In the webp-cmake code it is only built, if

if(WEBP_BUILD_GIF2WEBP OR WEBP_BUILD_IMG2WEBP)

I dont intend to have gif2webp or img2webp. Just raw bytes to webp.
