I do still have all of the files.  If one includes the tiff-exif-dng 
subdirectory, then it is 86MB of files, and if not, it is still 55MB 
of files.

If someone can offer a public place to transfer these to, then I will 
do so. A possibility is to offer them via OSDN since GraphicsMagick 
has a file directory tree there.

Some of these image collections (except for EADT6030.tif.gz and the 
content of the tiff-exif-dng subdirectory ) can likely still be 
generated programatically from common/popular source images using 
GraphicsMagick.  I have shell scripts to create the generated files. 
I have not tested that in quite a few years.
