OpenMP on the way for Windows

I now have had opportunity to build GraphicsMagick with OpenMP on an 
Intel Core 2 Duo system using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008.  No source 
changes were required for OpenMP.  All that was necessary was to 
enable OpenMP in the properties dialog for the 'magick' library.

I have posted results at

I had some concerns about Windows and see that I guessed right about 
some things.  However, the good news is that OpenMP causes no harm and 
the speedup for many of the slow algorithms approaches 2 on a 2 core 
system.
