Ghostscript is invoked by a "delegate" entry in the installed 
delegates.mgk file.  This is just a text file so you can edit it to 
control how Ghostscript is being executed.  The entries for 
Ghostscript are special so it is important to preserve the existing 
argument substition points so the correct command is generated.
