[graphviz-interest] How much of the HTML syntax can I use?

How much of the HTML syntax can I use inside Graphviz?
I used it for some labels for nodes. It was pretty cool. I could do

   - table
   - td
   - tr
   - some attributes for table/td/rr

But I also tried things like <p> or <div> and those didn't work.
What could I do to use a larger subset of the HTML syntax?
