Good day to all,

For the same subject matter, A forum topic was created earlier:
http://graphviz.org/content/allign-edge-labels-fit-its-path-svg-output#comment-1105

Now I am forwarding this subject to the interest group, hoping than one
developer can take ownership to enable this feature. (align and fit edge
label on the curved edge path)

I would be offering a bounty of $200 to whom interested - It is a feature
that I have aspired to find in graphviz long time ago.
I have looked around for other visualization tools out there as in Gephi
(see screen shot)
https://gephi.org/wp-content/themes/gephi/images/screenshots/preview3.png

But Sadly, gephi does not have the edge routing feature, it has only poor
flat force-direction algorithms, I thing graphviz is more superior in that
side.

Best regards

Bakr
