Sorry, I missed that you were after a radial layout. As a start, I added
layout=twopi
ranksep="1:5:7"
splines=curved
node[shape="" margin=0]
to the graph, and removed overlap=prism. Not knowing any better, I also changed "label" to "texlbl",
and then ran dot2tex --autosize.
This produced http://www.graphviz.org/misc/formula.pdf. It has some overlaps, but it is radial and
all in pdf.
