[graphviz-interest] Moving nodes and edges between [sub]graphs using the gv library

Can this be done? I haven't got a good grip on everything I can do
with a node_handle or edge_handle, so maybe there's some useful
functionality there that I'm overlooking.

What I would like to do is assemble a graph, then selectively
"promote" certain nodes and edges into subgraphs afterwards.
