I believe there was some indication that you were planning to submit a bug report, so I changed the 
status.

By the way, if anyone knows how to fix the drupal-mantis mix so that new users are automatically 
made a reporter in mantis, please let me
know. I believe this used to work. Note that I have already checked that the mantis 
config_defaults_inc.php file and it contains the line

   $g_default_new_account_access_level= REPORTER;
