[graphviz-interest] DOT for Etherpad

Hello! I made a simple collaborative online editor for PlantUML, and I am
hosting it here for now:

Since PlantUML allows some Graphviz language (I think... At least DOT), I'm
sharing it here.

It simply uses EtherPad for the collaborative part, and sends the content to
a PlantUML server. The editor is quite simple, using only JS to "pipe"
EtherPad to PlantUML.
