I am using graphviz (and several support scripts on perl) to make family tree diagrams. At the moment, the diagrams have a lot of white space, (and lines and arrows) and the text in the nodes (and the nodes themselves) are very small compared to the overall size of the diagram. Since the text is the detail of ancestors, it's a shame to lose it :-) In particular, at the moment, a printed copy (on any feasible paper size) would be unreadable. I am at something of a loss to change this; in particular altering fontsize doesn't change anything. I attach my (carefully) obfuscated dot file. I invoke dot as cat tree.dot | dot -Tpdf > tree.pdf And dot -V gives: dot - graphviz version 2.36.0 (20140111.2315) BugBear _______________________________________________ [email protected] http://lists.research.att.com/mailman/listinfo/graphviz-interest
