I just downloaded Windows 2.38.0 for a development test environment, and
both the .zip and .msi versions are missing the gv2gxl tool (but the
inverse, gxl2gv, is there, for some reason).

On a Linux server I'm running graphviz 2.36.0. gv2gxl is included there,
but if it ever goes away with the regular ubuntu updates of graphviz
versions, that installation will quit working.

I looked for earlier versions of graphviz for windows as a temporary fix,
but couldn't find them.

Please advise. Thanks!
