Hi -
I'm having a problem running neato on the attached DOT file where the
process begins consuming ram (on the order of GBs) until it is killed by
the OOM process. It's strange, since I've processed similar dot files
without issue. I've tested this with a few different versions of
graphviz, the most recent being 2.38.0-5ubuntu0.1 - I'm running Ubuntu
14.10. Does anyone have ideas on what's going on, or suggestions on how
to debug this? The last few lines of "neato -vvvvv foo.dot" before it
hangs are:
Calculating shortest paths: 0.00 sec
Setting initial positions: 0.00 sec: 0.00 sec
Setting up stress function: 0.00 sec
Solving model: 0.749
final e = 0.000000 2 iterations 0.00 sec
Adjusting _neato_cc3 using Voronoi
Node separation: add=1 (4.000000,4.000000)
Edge separation: add=1 (3.200000,3.200000)
Creating edges using line segments
step size = 136

Thanks for any help!
