We strive to make graphviz output look identical in all renderers, so we 
draw our own arrows even in SVG which does have
its own rich-but-different arrow head set.

I'm sure it would be possible to add arrows with perhaps an "svg" prefix 
that only work in SVG, or which are perhaps mapped inaccurately to 
existing arrows for other renderers.

Or perhaps the notion of "arrowheadscheme" could be introduced, similar 
to "colorscheme"

Its a SMOP ...   volunteers?
