Is the saintly person who does the Windows builds on this list?  Given the
complexity of configuring that build, this is a very valuable service you
are doing, saving duplication of effort, and I'd like to prevail upon you
to bring us up to date with 2.40.  Is that possible?

I'm curious in general why Ubuntu and Windows generally trail binary
releases on the other platforms.
