Wonder what the difference is? EMDEN, Sorry, I only get a digest of this list, so my reply is delayed. Using the fresh source from tar, second download with no edits but with the various commands John & I tried, the make output is just: cd . && /bin/bash /mnt/c/Users/Owner/Documents/SoftwareDevelopment/graphviz/graphviz-2.40.1/config/missing automake-1.13 --gnu Followed by stderr messages about the missing automake. 'make clean' gives the same messages. What else would you like me to try?
