gst-openmax 0.10.0.2 pre-release

The first pre-release of gst-openmax is ready:

gst-openmax is a GStreamer plug-in that allows communication with
OpenMAX IL components.

OpenMAX IL is an industry standard that provides an abstraction layer
for computer graphics, video, and sound routines. It has been pushed
specially by key industry players in embedded systems.

This new implementation is a merge from two previous implementations
coming from STMicroelectronics and Texas Instruments, simplified and
improved.

With gst-openmax now it's possible to use open source OpenMAX IL
components coming from the Bellagio project, or use TI's DSP hardware
accelerated codecs. In theory any OpenMAX IL implementation.

We would like to make this implementation an integral part of GStreamer,
so please try it and point out any issues you might find.
