GStreamer 0.10 API frozen for new features

Hi all,

just a quick public service announcement:

The GStreamer 0.10.x series is now frozen for new features.

All new feature development should happen for GStreamer 0.11/1.0 in git
master.

This doesn't mean we can't add a small function here or property there
if they're sufficiently non-intrusive and deemed interesting enough to
be added, but in general the focus for the development of new features
and API should be the upcoming GStreamer 1.0 API.
