The GStreamer team is pleased to announce a new release of orc, the
Optimised inner loop Runtime Compiler.

Changes:
- PowerPC: Support ELFv2 ABI (A. Wilcox) and ppc64le (Michel Normand)
- Mips backend: only enable if the DSPr2 ASE is present (James Cowgill)
- Windows and MSVC build fixes (Nirbheek Chauhan, Tim-Philipp M=C3=BCller)
- orccpu-arm: Allow 'cpuinfo' fallback on non-android (Edward Hervey)
- pkg-config file for orc-test library (Tim-Philipp M=C3=BCller)
- orcc: add --decorator command line argument to add function

- meson: Make orcc detectable from other subprojects (Seungha Yang)
