sync problem

hi all,
       In the ximagesink code,two functions are there like
gst_ximagesink_get_times(..) and gst_ximagesink_show_frame(..).Can anyone
tell me which function is called first either get_times() or show_frame()?

       Because in my framebuffersink code,i'm using these functions..but
synchronization is not happening properly.
