Ask about dtlssrtpdec and dtlssrtpenc

I did some investigation about dtlssrtpdec and dtlssrtpenc and noticed that
we need to have to 2 pipelines with dtlssrtpdec and
dtlssrtpenc respectively in the same process.
but I don't know how the gstreamer authenticates the certificate
of  dtlssrtpdec ? what is the CA for sender and receiver ?
