is libgstvideoconvert gone in 1.22.3

I have a pipeline built with 1.20.3. Trying to upgrade to 1.22.3 and found out the libgstvideoconvert does not exist anymore. I tried to replace it with libgstvideoconvertscale and got bunch of errors related to pcre2_match* from gregex.c.What replaced libgstvideoconvert?
